If you're a Shopify customer, segment criteria can be filtered down to specific product categories, SKUs, and variants. 

What does the filtering do?

Product filtering capabilities allows you to build highly targeted audiences based on specific products. You can use these specific audiences to send more personalized messages that lead to more conversions.

How do I use the product filter?

To use a product data filter:

1. Select a segment criterion that could involve a product. Segment criteria available with product filters include Browse, Add-to-Cart, and Purchased.

2. Once a criterion is selected, you can select the Filter button.


Available filters include: 

  • Name
  • Category
  • Tag
  • Brand
  • Collection
  • Price
