If you happen to experience an issue with an integration or receive an error message, it is recommended that you disconnect, and then reconnect the integration. This can help resolve any issues and reestablish the connection between systems.

Note: Ensure that there are no active journeys associated with the integration in question. Otherwise, you will receive an error message if you attempt to disconnect the integration.

Disconnect an integration

Complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the integrations setup page. Your connected integrations appear in the Your Apps - Installed by you section.
  2. Select the integration tile for which you are experiencing an issue. The Settings view for the integration appears.
  3. Click Disconnect in the Disconnect integration section in the right-side panel.

  4. Click Disconnect to confirm.

    A message confirms that the integration is disconnected.

After you receive the message in Attentive’s platform that your integration is disconnected, you can reconnect the integration by viewing the relevant integration article in Seamless Integrations.
