Offers in campaigns lets you add existing offers directly to your campaigns, boosting click-through rates and conversions.

What are offers in campaigns?

You can now add offers to your campaigns, giving you the ability to send promo codes, special offers, and discounts to your subscribers. 

How do I add an offer to a campaign?

  1. When you’re on step 2 and designing your campaign, click the Offers icon.
  2. Click on Use an existing offer.
  3. Click {coupon} to add the offer variable to your campaign message.
    The offer macro is now in your message.
  4. Click Save & continue to review and send your campaign.

What happens if an offer used by a campaign runs out?

If an offer used in a campaign runs out, the campaign is paused. You can either replenish the existing offer or add a new offer, and then unpause your campaign.

For the beta, you won't be able to replenish and continue to send, but that will be included as part of the full release of offers in campaigns.

Can I include a coupon display screen (CDS)?

No. Currently, you can include the {coupon} macro in your campaigns.

Why should I add offers to my campaigns?

When you add offers to your campaigns, you further inventivize subscribers to stay subscribed, and you can send discounts to your subscribers at large scales, improving conversion rates and boosting revenue.

Can I add offers to any of my campaign messages?

Yes! You can add them to both one-time campaigns and A/B test campaigns.
