Attentive now makes it easier for you to create and manage your bubble and fullscreen/partial sign-up units all at once. These flexible sign-up units save you time by letting you build more with fewer steps. You also have more control over the information you collect since you can toggle email collection on and off!

Now, when you create a fullscreen or partial sign-up unit, you have the option to add or remove the Bubble and Email page components as needed. To accomplish this previously, you would have had to start over creating a new sign-up unit.
Note: If you create a fullscreen or partial sign-up unit that also includes the Bubble component, the performance metric reporting for those is combined (i.e., the impressions and subscriber metrics are the sum of both views). If you want to keep the reporting for each of these components separate, we recommend that you build all components as separate sign-up units.


In addition, you'll no longer see bubble options in the Templates section. You'll have the option to add (or remove) the bubble directly within the sign-up builder.

The Customer touchpoints options are also removed because you no longer need to choose between email and SMS capture at the point of initial creation of your sign-up unit. You have the flexibility to change your mind!
