With this integration, you can:

  • Deliver ShippingChimp real-time tracking through SMS notifications from Attentive. Customers can receive order tracking information, such as orders placed, order In transit, delays, and much more.
  • Provide real-time post-purchase delivery notifications from pickup to delivery.
  • Predict delivery delays and alert your customers through email and SMS.


Ensure that you meet the following requirements in order to set up this integration:

  • Your Shopify store must be integrated with ShippingChimp.
  • You must have an active ShippingChimp and Attentive account.

Now, complete the following procedure to set up the integration.

Steps to set up the integration

  1. Log in to ShippingChimp.
  2. Go to Integrations > Non Integrated > Marketing Automation.
  3. Click Attentive on your ShippingChimp Portal.
  4. Click Authorize, as shown in the following image.
    You are redirected to the Attentive platform.
  5. Click Authorize.
    You are redirected to ShippingChimp.
  6. Click Configure for the Attentive integration.

Your integration setup is now complete.

You can create a dynamic segment in Attentive using the custom attributes from ShippingChimp. The values are sent through as custom attributes to Attentive.
